 Household Furniture Disposal and Recycling

Getting rid of unwanted furniture is very difficult these days, so many laws and so much legislation. Bellwoods Removals are licensed to transport unwanted furniture to a waste distribution centre and can safely dispose of any unwanted items. Upon collection of your unwanted items you will be presented with a waste transfer notice which not only makes it legal for us to dispose of your furniture but also makes it legal for you.

Unlike your local authority, we do remove your items from within your house (upstairs, downstairs, wherever) and unlike your local authority we do give you a date and a time when we will call, meaning you wont have furniture in your front garden for a couple of weeks.

Getting rid of an old piano is not an easy task, at least with furniture you can break it up in to pieces and take it to the household waste site in your car. With a piano you need to consider the logistics of the move and then disposal. This comes at no additional cost to you, we absorb any extra costs and if you would rather us not do this with your furniture, just mention this when we collect.
